In 1974 Hugh Parfitt conducted a study of the impact of Local Initiatives Project (LIP) grants on the practice of psychiatry, surveying practitioners experience of the following LIP-funded services: SAFER*; Mental Patients Association; Coast Foundation; Loma Lodge**; Vancouver Emotional Emergency Centre. Materials here relate to this research project and include presentation slides of centres and sites, survey forms, correspondence.
